Randy Quaid and Evi Quaid Arrested "Actor and comedian Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid were arrested by Presidio County Sheriff’s deputies on Thursday in Marfa, Texas. Felony arrest warrants had been issued for the couple in Santa Barbara, California for conspiracy, defrauding an innkeeper and burglary. Extradition of the couple by Santa Barbara County is likely.
The couple were being held on $20,000 bond – see booking photos below. Presidio Sheriff Danny Dominguez drove Quaid to a local bank to obtain his bail money. Quaid and his wife were released after being held for several hours."
